OUT OF THE FIRE – MEGILLAS ESTHER

When do we accept the obvious truth that “cursed is Haman” and “blessed is Mordechai” (Megillah 7b), and when must we look beyond what our eyes see and our ears hear?
When does Hashem want massive accomplishments from us, and when should we emphasize the “little” things?
How do we reconcile our inner Jewish soul with the seemingly defective people we have become?
What does Purim teach us about being parents, teachers, and friends?

This Megillah, with commentary drawn from Rav Moshe Weinberger’s teachings from recent years, addresses these questions and others by circling around and building upon four themes:
